• Inspections: Sellers have arranged for IDWAL inspections at Yeosu, South Korea on 22nd November, 2025. IDWAL survey report can be made available to registered buyers at cost USD 1,750.
• Delivery: Charter free delivery can be arranged the middle of Mar – middle of May 2026, in Japan-Singapore range. (AGW/WOG/WP/UCAE)
• Process & Offer due: Sellers like to collect buyers' indications including purchase price first. After collecting buyers' interest latest by 1700 JST (=0800 hours GMT) on 16th January 2026, the sellers will plan for an official date for offer submission.
• Remarks: 
• Sellers will send Sellers' Terms once requested by potential Buyers only who purchased superficial inspection report or who declared to indicate with waiving their right for superficial inspection and accepted the vessel's condition.
• Sellers will request the buyer to issue the "Provisional Certificate of Registry" before last discharging port around mid-March(indicative).
